Why register on Talenteo ?

Talenteo is a search engine that establish contact between SAP® consultants and user companies. To face the lack of specific SAP skills on the market, Talenteo was created in order to meet company’s needs efficiently. Our website allows both consultants and companies to save time and money. They get in touch directly and Talenteo does not take any commission on the consultant daily rate. Today companies want to register on Talenteo for multiple reasons: - To save a lot of money in the search process

Is Talenteo a basic recruitment website?

Talenteo is not a basic recruitment website; it's a marketplace where SAP offers and SAP demands meet. We do not offer online ads because our tool automatically matches candidate's resumes with customer's demands. |
Why isn't there any job offer?

Talenteo is not a recruitment website, it's a marketplace where SAP offers and SAP demands meet. We don't provide online job offers, we place candidates on assignments according to customer's criteria. There are more than 500 criteria which allow the company to find the suitable profile. This innovative solution allows to be sure that the proposed assignments actually exist. |
Creating and managing my account
How much does a search cost ?

A search on Talenteo costs 750 euros VAT excluded. We do not take any commission on the consultants' daily rates, which allows you to save a huge amount of money. |
How do I register on Talenteo?

To create a company account on Talenteo, you first have to choose between a “Classic” account and a “Corporate” one, then complete your company profile and create a new search everytime you need to find a consultant. Your registration will be fully completed as soon as you have sent the confirmation email back to Talenteo. |
What is a 'Classic' account?

When a 'Classic' account is opened, only one user is registered and can launch searches. This account is used for punctual needs. You have the possibility to pay online or after sending back the order form. |
What is a 'Corporate' account?
| |
This account is usually opened in order to launch several searches. Several users can be registered and authorized to launch searches on Talenteo. The account is supervised by an administrator (main user), who is the only one allowed to add/erase secondary users. For this specific account, searches are billed at the end of every month. |
What do I do if I do not succeed in using Talenteo?

How can I modify my company information?

If you want to modify details regarding your company or the assignment you provide, you just have to log into 'My Account' and modify the information you want. |
How can erase my personal information?

To erase your company's information, please send us an email at contact@talenteo.eu for us to inactivate your account. |

Consultant searches on Talenteo
How can I launch a new search?
| |
For any new search, log into 'My Searches 'and click on 'Create a new search'. If you need several consultants for the same assignment, you can do multiple searches on your company account. If you want to have an overview of all your searches, go to the 'My Searches' page. |
Who can launch searches?
| |
Your company can open a 'Classic' account or a 'Corporate' account. - 'Classic' account: Only one user is registered and can launch searches. This account is used for punctual needs. You have the possibility to pay online or after sending back the order form.
- 'Corporate' account: Several users can be registered and authorized to do searches on Talenteo. The account is supervised by an administrator (main user) who is the only one allowed to add or erase secondary users. For this kind of account, the company will receive an invoice at the end of each month.

What kind of assignments can I notify?

Clients can register all types of assignments (long time or short time) and wherever they are located. |
What are Talenteo search criteria?
| |
Talenteo selects candidates according to more than 500 criteria. These criteria are: - Mandatory criteria: availability date, daily rate, spoken languages, SAP skills
- Optional criteria: work experience (role, business sector), ability to work in Europe
The profiles you are offered meet perfectly your needs. Before validating your basket, you have the possibility to change the criteria by yourself. Once the search is validated, if you want to change your criteria again in order to add new resumes in your basket you must contact us. All resumes that you selected before changing your criteria will be automatically left aside from the next Talenteo selection until the validation of your final basket.

Why do I have to notify the daily rate?

The daily rate is the price you want to pay your consultant for an assignment. If you want a consultant for a daily rate of 1000 Euros per day, Talenteo will target all the consultants who are agree to work for a daily rate equivalent and higher than 1000 Euros per day. |
How can I find the perfect candidate?

Talenteo helps you to target the right consultant by indicating the number of selected resumes for your criteria, so that you can decide to enlarge or fine tune your selection. The more precise your target is, the more chances you have to find the suitable profile. |
How can I select the consultants in my basket?
| |
Once your search is registered, Talenteo offers you a targeted selection of profiles matching perfectly your demand. Then you have the possibility to select up to five resumes and put them in your basket by clicking on "Add to the basket". You can add or withdraw profiles as long as you have not validated your basket. You can only have a look at one type of profile at a time. |
What can I do if the profiles selected do not fit?

If the selected resumes do not fit your current need, it may be due to inaccurate search criteria. We advise you to check all the information and eventually to modify your criteria in order to find the perfect match. However, if the targeting problem remains, please feel free to contact us as soon as possible. |
Can I redefine my search criteria?

If you think that the selected CVs do not meet your need, you have the possibility to change your selection criteria at anytime. You can do it yourself before validating your basket. But once your basket is validated, you have to contact us in order to make any change. Write us at contact@talenteo.eu. |
How can I get in contact with the selected consultants of my basket?

Talenteo takes care of contacting all the candidates of your basket. Talenteo comes back to you to notify you if they are eventually interested in your assignment and give you their contact details. If you do not succeed in contacting one of the consultants, please feel free to contact us directly. |
Why can I only see a part of the candidates' resumes?

Depending on the different steps of the process, you have access to different levels of information regarding the consultants. - Before getting in contact with them, you can only access their "half hidden" resumes (no contact information and no identifying elements)
- After the consultants agree to get in contact with you, you can access their complete resumes and their contact details.

What is a 'half-hidden' resume?

Before the consultants agree to get in contact with you, you only have access to "half hidden" resumes. This means that you can see the skills and work experiences of each consultant. Otherwise there are no identifying details (no contact information, no company name). Once the consultant agrees to get in contact with you, you will be able to access all the information related to this consultant. |
Can I print the consultants' resumes?

You can download PDF formatted resumes and print them out. |
How can I do multiple searches?
| |
You can launch several searches at the same time, but only one per type of consultant. If you need to find different candidates you have to do different searches. |
Can I do a key word search?
| |
There is no selection with key words but only with specific criteria that you have to notify in the dropdown menu. |
Payment
How much does a search cost?
| |
A search on Talenteo costs 750 Euros VAT excluded. For every new search, you have to pay again the amount of 750 Euros VAT excluded. We do not take any commission on the consultants’ daily rates, which allows you to save a huge amount of money. |
What are the payment options?
| |
The payment option depends on the type of account you opened. - If you chose to open a 'Classic' account (only one user), you can pay online per credit card when you validate your search or print the order form and send it back to us.
- If you chose a “Corporate” account (several users allowed), you will receive an invoice at the end of the month for all the searches you did.

What can I do if I don't succeed in paying online?

If you have difficulties to pay by credit card, please check its expiration date. If the problem remains, please feel free to contact us. |
