Any company registering with talenteo certifies that all the personal and professional data provided are accurate and true. Each member undertakes to indicate to us the name and email address of an SAP^® consultant or a company in relation with SAP^®.

As soon as they register with talenteo, members receive an identification and password which cannot be communicated to third parties. The use of the account is personal and confidential. If a member does not comply with the general admission conditions to the talenteo website, talenteo reserves the right to cancel his account without notice.

Upon registering with the talenteo website, the new talenteo member signs an implicit agreement with talenteo. This agreement authorizes the member to use all the talenteo services.

Managing the shopping basket

talenteo authorizes you to select only 5 profiles corresponding to your search criteria in its database of candidates pre-selected by talenteo tool.

talenteo can contact the 5 consultants selected in your basket. If, among the selected CVs, no talenteo profile fits your requirements, we will be obliged to propose new profiles which are better suited to your requirement or to refund you.

We guarantee that a profile that is suitable to your assignment request will be found within the shortest possible time. If you do not find the desired candidate, we will refund you.

Any company that would like to hire a consultant should enter the daily rate (excluding expenses) at which it is willing to contract.
The company will accept to hire the consultant at the rate indicated when the basket is confirmed. Under no circumstances can the company choose to change the given daily rate. Anyone who opposes these legal conditions will be prosecuted.

Refund

Any company which runs a search for experts can fill only one type of profile at a time. If the company modifies these criteria, the new search cancels the previous search.

However, if during the search, the company does not find the suitable profile, talenteo guarantees the refund of the SAP profile search to ensure its quality service.

Rates

All talenteo rates are in Euros inclusive of all tax.

Payment

The user company is solely responsible for the payment of advertisements for assignment requests on the talenteo website.
All payments for assignment requests from a company are to be made by bank card (Visa, Carte Bleue, Eurocard and Master Card). As soon as the search is approved or the contract between the User Company and talenteo is signed, the customer's bank account will be debited. However, if the customer is unable to pay, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Managing invoicing

talenteo has the right to cancel an assignment request from a company if the company questions its invoice. Any new access to the talenteo website will only be authorized following the payment of this assignment request.

Law

The general Terms & Conditions of talenteo are applicable under French law.

Any member registering with talenteo or any company signing contracts with talenteo is subject to French law.
