How to access the Talenteo site?

You just have to be sponsored by a consultant who is already a Talenteo member. You will receive a sponsorship email with a password that will allow you to log into Talenteo. Then you will be able to complete your profile. Sponsorship allows Talenteo to only propose valid and quality profiles to clients. |
Is it a basic recruitment website ?

Talenteo is not a basic recruitment website; it’s a marketplace where SAP offers and demands meet. We do not propose online ads, our tool automatically matches candidate’s resumes with customer’s demands. |
Can I place an ad for an assignment?

A consultant can indicate his new availability in order to be contacted for an assignment, but a company cannot place an ad to inform the SAP expert. |
Why isn't it possible to access assignment offers on Talenteo?

Talenteo is an innovative matching tool which allows the client to target suitable candidates and contact them directly.
On Talenteo, consultants fill in their resumes while companies register their assignment offers. There is no job offer, it’s a SAP expert marketplace. |
Why doesn't Talenteo provide any job offers?

Talenteo is not a basic recruitment website; it’s a marketplace where the offer and demand of SAP consultants meet. We do not offer online ads because we place candidates on assignments according to specific criteria. There are more than 500 selection criteria which allow the company to find the suitable candidate. |
How do clients register?

Companies which are looking for the suitable candidate can easily register online on the homepage by clicking on “Find an expert”/ “Register”. |
Why Talenteo is only accessible through sponsorship?

Creating and managing my profile
Why do I have to complete my resume?
| |
Only complete online CVs are taken into account by our search engine. As soon as your profile is complete, it becomes active and you can be selected for a Talenteo assignment. |
How long does it take to fill in my online profile?
| |
You can fill in your profile in less than ten minutes by selecting the Talenteo criteria which best define you. Our drop-down menu is really easy to use. |
What is the validation number received by text message for?
| |
As soon as you receive your validation number, log into Talenteo on “My CV / My contact details” page and enter your code. It will validate your phone number. This system allows us to check if your contact details are correct. |
What is the daily rate?
| |
When you register, you enter the daily rate below which you do not want to work. You can change it at anytime. Your rate is never given to the client. Your resume is selected only if the client's budget is higher than your daily rate. Your assignment daily rate will be automatically the one the client filled in. |
Can I notify that I want to work part-time?
| |
Yes. When you notify what your next availability is, you can choose the number of days you would like to work per week. You can also tick a box to notify that you would like to be contacted even for a weekly number of working days which is lower than the one you indicated. |
Why can I hide skills on SAP®?

You have the possibility to emphasize the skills on which you would like to work (only those will be taken into account when searching), but still let clients know that you have other skills. |
Why do I have to update my information on Talenteo?
| |
Do not forget to update your availability on your Talenteo profile. If you find an assignment, enter your new availability as soon as possible. Talenteo wants to provide a quality service to its clients and up-to-date profiles are part of it. |
How can I change my personal information?

You can change your personal information on your profile anytime. You just need to go to the “My CV” page. |
How to remove your personal information?

How to protect my personal data?
| |
When you register, you are likely to enter confidential information about yourself. Talenteo undertakes to protect them. By joining Talenteo, you will get a login and a password which enable you - and only you- to access your personal account. According to the article 27 of the French law 'Informatique et Liberté' of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, modify, correct and delete any data relating to you. Only the French law is applicable. |

A client has access to your contact details once you have accepted to get in contact with him. |
Which information about me can a client access?
| |
Depending on the different steps of the selection process, a client does not have access to the same level of information.
When profiles are first proposed to him, he can see them in a “half-hidden” mode. No contact information or identifying details are shown.
Once the basket is validated, if you accept to get in contact with the client, then he will be able to access your complete resume and your contact information.

How can I be selected for a Talenteo assignment?

To be selected by Talenteo:
- You have to complete your resume
- Do not forget to update your next availability date! The client can access it and will select those with up to date availabilities. Moreover, Talenteo aims at providing a quality service, which includes information validity.

What are the Talenteo search criteria?
| |
Talenteo selects candidates on more than 500 selection criteria.
Search criteria are:
- Mandatory criteria: availability date, daily rate, spoken languages, SAP skills
- Optional criteria: experiences (role, business sector), ability to work in Europe
profiles perfectly match the customer's need. |
When will my assignment be paid?
| |
Your assignment contract is made by the client, and he is the one who will pay you. However, if you and your client do not want to take care of the billing, Talenteo can do it for you. |
What do I do if an assignment does not fit my current need?
| |
Talenteo is an automatic search engine that selects consultant’s resumes on customer’s criteria. Nonetheless, if a client contacts you for an inadequate assignment, it might mean that some information in your profile is wrong or inaccurate. In that case, you just need to modify it. You can also precise on which SAP modules you would like to work (only these modules will be taken into account for the Talenteo search), but clients will have an overview of your resume with all SAP skills you know.
If ever the assignment does not suit you for personal reasons, you still have the possibility to refuse it at anytime.

What do I do if my assignment is cancelled or postponed?

You have to inform us as soon as possible about your new availability. Nevertheless, we cannot present your CV on a priority basis to a client. Our Talenteo engine selects the candidates according to accurate selection criteria. |
Are certain criteria weighted?
| |
There is no overestimated criterion since there are 500 of them. The key criteria to activate the candidate's profile on Talenteo are SAP skills, daily rate, availability date and geographical zone. |
Is there a search by key words?
| |
There is no selection with key words but only with specific criteria that you have to notify with a dropdown menu. |
My Club
How can I sponsor a SAP expert?

To sponsor a SAP expert, you just have to log into the website, click on “My Club”/ “Sponsor” and then enter an email address. Talenteo is accessible only through sponsorship. |
Why am I asked for my clients’ contact details?
| |
Giving some of your clients’ contact details helps the whole Talenteo community by helping companies use the platform. If each member could bring a SAP need, it would mean more assignment for all the members. |
How can I benefit from the loyalty program?
| |
It is really simple. You just have to register on Talenteo and to convert the bonus points you got into presents as soon as you have done a Talenteo assignment. |
How can I get loyalty points?
| |
To get loyalty points, you must go on an assignment with Talenteo and change your acquired points into convertible points. |
How can I get Talenteo loyalty points?
